چکیده
Improving yield is the main aim of plant breeders. In case bread wheat (Triticum aestivum), a major challenge in this regard genotype–environment interactions, and knowledge these required to successfully select high-yielding genotypes. study, graphical numerical approaches diallel analysis have been used reveal such interactions. Ten different genotypes were crossed using half-diallel approach. The parents, hybrids, standard checks evaluated at Regional Research Station, Anand Agricultural University, Gujarat, Anand, India under both late-sown conditions two separate years (E1 E2 (normal-18 November 2018 late sown-10 December 2018, respectively, Rabi 2018–2019), E3 E4 2019 2019, 2019–2020)). For each sowing, ‘t2’ values calculated for eleven phenotypic characteristics: days 50% heading, maturity, height, number effective tillers per plant, length stem, spikelets spike, grains grain 1000-grain weight, harvest index. Components gene effect revealed that spike E4, governed by additive dominance action across environments. Other characteristics greater influence effect, except heading E1, E2, E3, E4; maturity E4. Many exhibited overdominance, an asymmetrical distribution positive–negative, dominance–recessive genes, narrow-sense heritability all analysis, regression value ‘b’ was unity E4) weight (E3 E4), which absence digenic interactions respective Therefore, given population may be improved isolate superior recombinants development desired parents future breeding programs.

Genetic Analysis of Grain Yield and Yield Components in Bread Wheat using Hayman's Diallel Method
Extended Abstract Introduction and Objective: By progeny trial after a diallel crossing, the function of genes and inheritance of quantitative traits can be estimated. This increases the ability to select parental lines, to participate in crosses, and determines the management of generations in the segregating populations. Material and Methods: In order to understand the genetic structure of ...

An incomplete diallel cross study comprising of seven bread wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) cultivars was carried out with parents and F1 progeny to determine heterosis, combining ability, gene action, and correlations for plant height and its components. The results showed that heterosis and heterobeltiosis occurred in plant height, spike length, peduncle length, length of the second internode fr...

Extended Abstract Introduction and Objective: Wheat is one of the most important crops in the world that plays a key role in ensuring food security. In wheat breeding programs, selection of genotypes with desirable agronomic traits and high yield potential have always been the goal of plant breeders. Increasing the selection efficiency for grain yield depends on genetic knowledge from morpholo...

Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) is the most important food crop. It offers a great wealth of material for genetic studies due to its wide ecological distribution. The effects of GCA and SCA of morpho-phenological traits i.e. days to emergence, days to flowering, days to maturity, flag leaf length, grain filling duration, spike weight per plant, stem weight and grain yield were studied uti...

Proteomic approaches were applied in four grain developmental stages of the Chinese bread wheat Yunong 201 and its ethyl methanesulfonate (EMS) mutant line Yunong 3114. 2-DE and tandem MALDI-TOF/TOF-MS analyzed proteome characteristics during middle and late grain development of the Chinese bread wheat Yunong 201 and its EMS mutant line Yunong 3114 with larger grain sizes. We identified 130 dif...
